Wow! It’s time to make another New Year resolution again, or are we just repeating the same old resolution that we made last year? I’m not sure what are my resolution last year because I didn’t’ write them down but I believe it’s more of less about getting fit, exercise, learn yoga to increase my body flexibility, eat right, vacation and of coz increase the ability to buy those expensive eye creams and eye treatments.
I was reading Star newspaper today and I read about an article about colon hydrotherapy. I always been fascinated when read about colon hydrotherapy because I’ve always have constipation problem (didn’t eat enough fiber and water). Another reason is because I think the constipation problem may leads to my unerasable dark circles under eyes. Although I heard about a colon hydrotherapy center around my area few years ago, I didn’t try it because it’s pretty expensive. I think it’s about RM1500 – RM2000 ++ for 4 – 6 session (if I remembered correctly).
