Wow! It’s time to make another New Year resolutions again, or are we just repeating the same old resolutions that we made last year? I’m not sure what are my last year resolutions because I didn’t write them down but I believe it’s more of less about getting fit, exercise, learn yoga to increase my body flexibility, eat right, vacation and of coz increase the ability to buy those expensive eye creams and eye treatments.

Hm.. What do you think? Do I manage to make 50% of them?

Looking back, if it’s regarding exercise related activities, I think I fail most of them. They might started out quite well initially but I lost motivation after 1 – 2 months later if they didn’t work out. ( For example, yoga) After few classes, my body would still as hard as steel and I couldn’t bend like the aunties in my class, so I give up. Moreover, my body would pain for 3 – 4 days after yoga classes.

However, the thing is - I would still make yoga as my 2008 New Year resolution because I would really feel proud of myself if I can bend my body just like those aunties or granpa.

What about the rest? All I can say is I’m still learning and I’m pretty positive about them.
