This top end MD Skincare Hydra-Pure Firming Eye Cream addresses some of the known factors that contribute to under eye dark circles with expected ingredients like lavender, evening primrose, sweet almond oils. There are however, a couple of remarkable ingredients that caught my eye and imagination. One is the inclusion of tomato extract and the other is the Hydra-Pure Chelating Complex.
Tomato extracts are most likely extremely high in vitamin C and should work in concert with ascorbic acid, another vitamin C source, to lighten the skin around the eyes, provide extremely gentle and balanced exfoliation, which would encourage the production of new skin cells.
