In my early post about possible causes of dark circle under eyes which including heredity,allergies, medications, nutrition, fatigue, pregnancy ,menstruation, age, blood circulation, kidney/ liver problems, sun, cold /sinus infection and dehydration, I would like to add another two possible causes that leads to dark circles.
# 1: Sleep on Your Stomach
It is believe that sleeping on your stomach can lead to a puffiness and fluid accumulation under the bottom eyelids, which then causes a temporary appearance of dark circles.
# 2: Heavy / Improperly Fitted Eyeglasses
Heavy or improperly fitted eyeglasses can put added pressure on the veins and capillaries under the eyes, leading to a bruising or dilation of the blood vessels, resulting in a dark blue appearance.
