OK, we know that we can treat dark circles using external application such as eye creams, eye serums, eye masks and home remedies.
But how about taking care of our dark circles internally? One of my readers wrote an email saying that she knew eye cream with vitamin K helps to reduce dark circles. But her eyes sting when she applied eye cream around her eyes because she had sensitive skin. So she wonders if there is any alternative ways to get Vitamin K to improve her dark circles.

After thinking for few moments, one of the ways that I can think of is to consume more Vitamin K from foods. Here is a list of foods/vegetables that are high in Vitamin K that I gathered from research:

Hi doris, I never try Hylexin before. Many facts point that Hylexin is nothing but just a hype… (although some ppl swear by it.. not sure whether it’s the company conspiracy.)
