I’ve come across an interesting message thread from indianparenting and there are a lot of debates on the methods to cure dark circles.
Here are some of the important points mentioned by a person called “hopeâ€.
- Parasites which live in our bodies from eating dead foods such as meat are responsible for our dark
- To cure to dark circles is to eliminate dead foods from our diets
- Here are some of the diets that “hope†recommended
o Make ginger tea
o Eat raw garlic with your salads
o Eat raw leaks and raw onions
o Drink rosehip tea
o Drink nettle tea + dandelion
o Catnip nettle dandelion mint spearmint
o Eat some raw hot peppers with your salads experiment sauces.
o Eat as many green leafy veggies as possible but avoid carrots
o Include lot’s of cucumber
o Drink thyme tea
o Make pumpkin seed milk - mix pumpkin seeds and water (not distilled or tap). Then blend together add some honey to taste. Make regular tea using this milk but not dairy
o No fruits until the diets end.
- You may feel weak at times but this perfectly natural and you must not stop once you begin this.
- You will notice your skin improve which will contribute dark circles.
That’s the diets recommended by hope. What do you think?
For me, the diets seems like raw food diets or probably much stricter.
