I think some of you may have similar experience as mine.

1. First, I heard from friends or advertisements that an eye cream product claim to be able to reduce eye circles.

2. Quickly, I went to GOOGLE about the product information and checked out the reviews in the forums and web sites.

3. By comparing the good and bad reviews, I would decide whether to buy the eye cream.

4. If I bought the eye cream, I would start using it twice daily ( sometimes I forgot or just plain lazy )

5. After 1 - 2 weeks, if there are still no visible results, I would throw my eye cream product into my “eye cream collection basket”.

6. And then I concluded that the products did not work and feel disappointed (again).

7. Then I continued for my next hunt.

Well, I would like to try something different this time. This is a technique that I learnt called 30 Days to Success from Steve Pavlina.

The concept is quite simple. Set a goal that you want to achieve within the 30 days. You will commit to perform the action no matter what is takes, even if you feel like you are tired, lazy or busy. After the 30 days, you will then decide whether the goal is worth to continue or should just stop.

And now here is our goal.

“I am willing to try this method ……………………………. that I believe it will help to reduce my dark circles. I must give my best to perform the action for 30 days that will leads to my goal.”

Fill in the blank by choosing a method that you think that can help reduce your dark circles, either using home remedies, selected eye cream, take iron capsules, have a healthy lifestyle or anything other things that in your mind.

Write the goal and the method clearly in a paper and stick in on the wall and make sure you really can see it everyday.

And more importantly, you must ready and prepare yourself to take up the challenge.

Now let’s the fun begin. Write the goal on a paper now!
